You will influence performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth by guiding teams and coordinating with operations leadership. The role requires cross-functional leadership, data-driven problem solving, and extensive CI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals, hiring and performance management.
• Lead development and execution of strategy, scorecards, KPI action plans, and drive continuous improvement across Ryder sites.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts and Lean methods.
