Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Consumer Lending to lead the daily operations and servicing performance of our secured lending program from its Santa Ana, CA base.

You will establish and refine the operational framework for servicing, including credit policy, playbooks, and escalation procedures. You will oversee third-party servicers, manage internal valuation teams, and drive governance through playbooks, escalation paths, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in secured lending operations, workouts, and collateral sales is preferred.
• Experience managing outsourced servicing relationships and oversight rights is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with our third-party servicing partner on the client side, including scorecards, SLAs, invoices, disputes, and remediation.
• Oversee quality assurance, call monitoring, file-level testing, and right-to-audit provisions; drive remediation to closure.
• Lead internal valuation staff and contractors, including onboarding, QA, and turnaround standards.
