Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with professionalism and initiative.
• Background in subprime auto loan servicing is preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Timely and accurate follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work and monitors calls to verify adherence to ACA Policies and Procedures.
• Analyzes queue and process management to meet production and performance goals.
• Handles escalated calls and may initiate outbound calls.
• Approves and reviews accounts in queues as assigned.
• Communicates objectives and motivates the team to achieve standards.
• Prepares performance appraisals and provides feedback to Manager.
• Assesses development needs and monitors performance.
• Provides recommendations for hire, advancement, or termination.
• Trains and coaches collectors to support business objectives.
• Researches/sponses to special projects as assigned.
