Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Lending to oversee daily operations and servicing performance of a secured lending program. You will establish, manage, and refine the operational framework including servicing playbooks, escalation procedures, and daily execution.

You will supervise valuation and third-party loan servicing, handle complex escalations, loss mitigation, and ensure compliance with Reg Z, Reg E, FCRA, UDAAP, and Reg F while translating policy into practical servicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor02s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and servicing performance of the secured consumer lending program.
• Establish, manage, and refine operational policy and playbooks, escalation procedures, and day-to-day execution.
• Supervise valuation and third-party loan servicing; lead complex escalations and loss-mitigation activities.
• Translate consumer credit policy, KYC/AML, and dispute standards into practical servicing actions.
