Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union in Santa Ana is seeking a Senior Mortgage Lending Operations Specialist to provide advanced cross-functional support across mortgage lending sales, operations, processing, closing, funding, and related activities.

You will serve as a cross-trained expert with deep knowledge of origination, documentation, and investor guidelines to improve efficiency and member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to seven years of mortgage lending experience across operations, funding, closing or related functions.
• Successfully registered with NMLS as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Experience as a senior-level contributor or SME in mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional mortgage lending support across sales, operations, processing, closing and funding.
• Coordinate with internal departments to advance loan applications through origination.
• Review documentation for underwriting readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Support pipeline management, reporting, and workflow tracking.
• Provide guidance on processes, systems, and mortgage lending requirements.
