Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in analytics, marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Commercial Business Performance, Trade/Marketing Analysis or related analytical field.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python/PySpark a plus.
• Experience with dashboards in Databricks and Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong math/statistics foundation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and leverage large data sets (RSD and Loyalty) into actionable insights.
• Apply analytical techniques including A/B testing to measure impact and ROI.
• Lead promotional efficiency and direct marketing measurement initiatives.
• Link consumer insights to commercial metrics and strategy.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop insights on customer value perception and purchase behavior.
• Partner with teams to ensure insights shape commercial planning.
