Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in consumer market research, strategy & planning.
• CPG experience preferred; nicotine industry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Verbal/written communication, data visualization and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops fit-for-purpose learning plans to support portfolio and cross-category insights.
• Designs and oversees primary research and deep-dive analyses with business-oriented insights.
• Aligns internal and vendor resources to develop concise analyses.
• Develops and implements analyses and reporting for actionable business results.
• Identifies new data sources or ways to optimize consumer data sources.
• Synthesizes narratives to inform cross-functional stakeholders.
