Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Director to join the Community FI Client Impact team in North America. You will lead complex engagements, guide delivery methodologies, and mentor consultants while shaping scalable practices.

The role requires deep domain knowledge of payments, client impact, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. The position includes in-office work three days per week and opportunities to develop talent, expand client impact, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background.
• Experience in banking operations and/or payment schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements with executive clients across NA region.
• Translate scope into practical workplans with milestones and deliverables.
• Develop analytical frameworks and guide use of data to produce insights.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and provide coaching to teams.
• Establish standards for rigor, storylining and executive communication.
