Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a Director to lead the Community FI Client Impact team in North America. You will manage multi-workstream engagements, shape delivery strategies, and drive actionable insights for Visa’s issuer and merchant clients.

The role emphasizes people leadership, coaching consultants, and building scalable delivery practices, including AI-enabled workflows. In-office presence is expected, with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree; or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or US financial institution.
• Payments/Financial Services experience.
• Strong analytical/quantitative background.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex, high-visibility engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Translate scope into practical workplans with milestones and deliverables.
• Build compelling stories linking findings to recommendations and client outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and issue resolution.
• Develop analytical frameworks using Visa and client data to generate insights.
• Provide coaching and develop consulting staff; manage talent pipeline.
• Influence engagement design and methodologies; shape executive narratives.
• Establish standards for rigor and governance within Client Impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, and innovation teams to leverage resources.
• Identify emerging client needs to extend impact with new engagements.
