Job summary

PwC is seeking a Client Engagement Lead Senior Manager in Milwaukee to steer client-focused work within Software and Product Innovation. You will guide large projects, coach teams, and balance action with escalation while shaping messages and applying systems thinking to improve client outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, validate feedback, and drive continuity across engagements, supporting a people-centered, results-driven experience for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in client engagements or delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities across managed services and align to success goals.
• Advise on service adoption, issue resolution, and relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery for scalable support in modernization and analytics initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans and escalation paths.
• Use AI fluency and data analytics to support service improvement.
• Guide issue management and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Coach teams on client interaction and service excellence.
