Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to architect organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie, collaborating with ELT and cross-functional leaders to embed new capabilities and ensure clear, consistent messaging. You will identify key initiatives, develop enablement strategies, manage momentum, and craft onboarding materials that help teams understand how Kobie works and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging organizational initiatives that require enablement and cultural adoption, whether that's new team structures, global expansion, or company-wide capability building.
• Develop a comprehensive change and enablement strategy with the President, ELT and function heads.
• Manage change momentum through adoption, closing loops, measuring impact, and adjusting as needed.
• Develop communications that explain not just what is changing, but why it matters to the company, to teams, and to individuals.
• Partner with the President and ELT on major announcements to ensure consistency, timing, and impact across the organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field
