Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to lead organizational change and enablement across the company. You will craft strategies, align ELT goals, and ensure change initiatives are embedded in how we work and communicate with clarity.

You will partner with leadership to translate strategy into compelling language, drive internal messaging, and support onboarding materials that help teammates understand how Kobie operates and what we value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Proven track record leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify initiatives requiring enablement and cultural adoption.
• Develop a comprehensive change and enablement strategy with senior leaders.
• Manage momentum from plan to adoption, measure impact, and adjust as needed.
• Translate executive vision into clear communications and cascaded messaging.
• Develop onboarding materials and organizational reference content.
