Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a remote-first loyalty solutions partner, seeks a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication. You’ll architect organizational change, embed new capabilities, and align leaders on a global strategy.

You’ll craft clarity-driven messaging, enable cross-functional adoption, and shape Kobie’s culture for intentional growth. You’ll partner with ELT to drive strategic initiatives, develop onboarding materials, and ensure every communication reinforces priorities and a cohesive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications
• Proven track record leading organizational change initiatives
• Experience partnering with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Architect organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie
• Develop change and enablement strategies with leaders
