Job summary

Kobie is seeking a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to lead strategic organizational change initiatives and enablement across the company.

You will partner with ELT and function heads to shape and embed new capabilities, ensuring clarity in communication and sustained adoption. You will craft messaging that aligns with company priorities, drive onboarding materials, and support cross-functional teams in adopting new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and capability-building initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie.
• Develop change and enablement strategy with leadership and ELT.
• Manage momentum, measure impact, and adjust plans as needed.
