Job summary

Kobie, a trusted partner delivering loyalty solutions, seeks a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to lead organizational change and cultural adoption across the company.

Reporting to the AVP, Marketing, you will shape enablement programs and drive strategic coherence. You will partner with ELT and function heads to translate strategy into clear messaging, develop onboarding materials, and align cross-functional initiatives with brand and culture as Kobie grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Identify and shepherd major organizational initiatives requiring enablement and cultural adoption.
• Develop a comprehensive change and enablement strategy with ELT and function heads.
• Manage change momentum from adoption to measurement and adjustment.
• Develop communications that explain what is changing and why it matters.
• Translate executive vision into clear, cascading communications.
• Partner with the President and ELT on announcements to ensure consistency, timing, and impact.
• Translate strategy into clear language that cascades effectively.
• Develop and oversee internal communication cadence with strategic intentionality, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces priorities and clarity.
• Support onboarding materials and organizational reference materials for new and existing teammates.
• Partner with HR on employee experience strategy, benefits communication, and organizational listening.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on employer brand strategy and candidate experience alignment.
• Support launching new capabilities or messaging globally, with a focus on impact for how teams work.
• Maintain strategic alignment with marketing leadership on brand consistency and organizational culture.
