Job summary

Kobie seeks a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to architect organizational change and cultural adoption across the company. You will shepherd major initiatives, build enablement infrastructure, and align cross-functional teams with leadership priorities.

Reporting to the AVP, Marketing, you’ll shape messaging, drive adoption, and enable teams to work with clarity and intention. This is a strategic, high-impact role at Kobie with broad latitude.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Proven track record leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change and culture adoption across Kobie.
• Develop enablement strategies with leaders for new capabilities and expansions.
• Translate strategy into clear, cascading internal communications.
• Ensure onboarding and reference materials help teams understand how Kobie works.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and marketing to align initiatives and branding.
