Job summary

Kobie, a leader in loyalty, seeks a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication, to architect organizational change and enablement across the company.

You will partner with ELT and cross-functional leaders to embed new capabilities into how Kobie works and communicate with clarity. You will develop and oversee a change and enablement strategy, build onboarding materials, and ensure Kobie’s culture evolves intentionally, not by accident.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Proven experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging organizational initiatives requiring enablement and cultural adoption.
• Develop comprehensive change and enablement strategy with leadership.
• Manage momentum from inception to adoption and measure impact.
• Develop communications that explain what changes are and why they matter.
