Job summary

Kobie is seeking a Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication to architect organizational change and cultural adoption across the company. You will partner with ELT and cross-functional leaders to embed new capabilities and ensure clear communication of strategic priorities.

You will shape enablement, measure impact, and drive adoption of initiatives, influencing how Kobie operates and grows with intention in a remote-friendly, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Experience leading organizational change with ELT and function heads.
• Strong writing and communication skills for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive organizational initiatives requiring enablement and adoption.
• Develop change and enablement strategy with leadership.
• Manage momentum, measure impact, and adjust as needed to sustain change.
• Craft clear messaging explaining what is changing and why it matters.
