Samsung Electronics America, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Sr. Manager for CE Financial Planning & Operations to own SKU-level forecasting, reporting, and analytics across CE eCommerce.

You will drive forecasting, promotional analysis, and supply chain alignment with Category Management, PSI/BOPIS, and Marketing to ensure strong P&L discipline. The role emphasizes AI/LLM-enabled analytics, KPI dashboards, and collaboration with IT/Data teams to scale financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or CS.
• 10–12 years in financial planning, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own SKU-level revenue forecasts and monthly financial plans across CE BUs.
• Lead CPFR calls with PSI and BOPIS teams alongside Category Management.
• Develop QCD plans for CE eCommerce; adjust for promos and channel shifts.
• Report weekly achievements and prepare SCM content for leadership.
• Analyze traffic, CVR, and funnel vs forecast; identify gaps and recommendations.
• Manage aging and transfer price accuracy; coordinate with Fulfillment.
• Build KPI dashboards using Tableau, SQL; support real-time visibility.
• Model financial impact of Expansion channels on revenue mix and margin.
• Lead demand forecasting using ARIMA and exponential smoothing; ML models.
• Use predictive analytics to optimize stock and avoid stockouts/excess.
