Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Director of Integrated Retail Planning to lead connected planning across the SES store network.

You will own demand forecasting, inventory allocation, promotional planning, and financial planning, creating a single operating view. You will partner with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, Product teams, and Samsung's global retail group to align product demand and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in retail planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, or integrated business planning with P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional planning across Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams.
• Deep expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, promotional planning, and allocation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting across stores, categories, and products.
• Lead inventory allocation and replenishment strategies to improve availability and turnover.
• Own financial and demand planning for promotions including pre- and post-event analysis.
• Develop integrated plans linking sales, margin, expenses, product demand, inventory and promotions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management for SES.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop store- and portfolio-level reporting across sales, profitability, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Product teams to align demand forecasts with inventory and supply plans.
• Build scalable planning processes and governance for SES store network expansion.
