Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Manager, eCommerce Fulfillment Performance and Optimization to own the cost-to-serve model for the fulfillment network.

You will translate operational performance, carrier results, and customer feedback into quantified costs, guiding allocation, platform investments, and cross-functional decisions with Fulfillment Operations and the logistics organization. This is an analytical, modeling role with visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in analytical, operations, or commercial roles with logistics exposure.
• Proven ownership of cost or service performance outcomes.
• Ability to build quantitative decision models and defend assumptions.
• Experience translating analysis into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own cost modeling and COPQ framework for fulfillment cost.
• Develop and defend measurement framework for delivery promise accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Fulfillment Operations and analytics.
• Model carrier allocation and fulfillment path performance.
• Capture ROI and quantify platform economics for optimization.
