Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Manager, eCommerce Sales & Marketing Operations to lead affiliate marketing partnerships and drive cross-functional analytics for eCommerce channels including Samsung Offer Program and TikTok Shop.

The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis with ROAS, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to optimize operations and growth. A MBA and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Tableau skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
8+ years in a sales operations or marketing role; 5+ years MBA preferred.
Strong Excel skills with PowerPoint and Tableau proficiency.
Experience forecasting affiliate marketing performance and ROAS.

Responsibilities

Own affiliate marketing partnerships and budgeting for the eCommerce program.
Develop forecasts, reconcile budgets, and analyze ROAS and sales lift.
Lead SKU-level sales analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance.
