Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in analytical, operations, or commercial roles with logistics exposure.
• Ownership of cost or service outcomes in an operational setting.
• Ability to build quantitative decision models and defend methods.

Responsibilities

• Own cost modeling for fulfillment performance across paths and carriers.
• Define measurement framework with Data and Analytics Team.
• Lead optimization of carrier allocation and fulfillment paths.
• Quantify performance across markets, product categories, and service levels.
• Maintain measured promise attainment against customer commitments.
• Drive platform economics and ROI for initiatives.
• Lead recurring fulfillment performance reviews with cross-functional owners.
• Ensure improvements are tracked and validated against original cases.
