Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead a four-member team supporting the Retail Sales organization.

You will own sales reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to advance company objectives. The role requires strong Excel/Tableau proficiency, experience with P&L analysis, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to forecast and report.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, SAP, and Alteryx is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual Plan development with Sales and Marketing to set revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define funding programs and forecasts.
• Develop and refine forecasting methodologies for monthly revenue opportunities.
• Manage budgeting, accruals, and KPI reporting across regions and channels.
• Produce weekly dashboards and support executive-level presentations.
