Job summary

Symetra is actively seeking a Manager, Business Analysis and Solutions in the Benefits Division to lead a team delivering technology-enabled business solutions and continuous improvement across Group Benefits.

You will collaborate with operations, technology partners, and vendors to prioritize work, optimize resources, and deploy scalable solutions that improve performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and specialists to deliver business solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, continuous improvement, and solution delivery.
• Oversee work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and execution across initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and resources.
• Ensure quality through requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and governance to drive performance.
