You will shape and execute analytics strategy for the Life Division, partnering with business and technology leaders to transform data into insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive analytics or data science experience.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-impact analytics and data science initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects from data sourcing to performance measurement.
