Job summary

Symetra is seeking a Manager Business Analysis and Solutions in the Benefits Division to lead a team delivering technology-enabled business solutions, improve operational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across Group Benefits.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, technology partners, and vendors to prioritize work, optimize resources, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, coaching employees, and driving measurable business results.
• Experience partnering across business and technology organizations to deliver complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, automation, and solution delivery efforts to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
• Oversee work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and execution across a portfolio of initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to drive results.
• Ensure quality through UAT, testing, and governance of BA and solution delivery processes.
