Job summary

Symetra is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis and Solutions in the Benefits Division to lead a team driving operational effectiveness and technology-enabled solutions across Group Benefits. Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and driving measurable business results.
• Experience partnering across business and technology organizations to deliver complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAT, operational processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Group Benefits insurance operations and products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of Business Analysts and related specialists.
• Drive operational excellence, technology-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Ensure solution quality through business requirements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Manage strategic vendor partnerships including vendor governance and budget oversight.
