Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of translating business needs into system requirements.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and test scenarios for system enhancements.
• Understanding of SDLC and experience supporting, configuring, or enhancing business applications.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams across levels to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain business applications, including workflows, forms, and data elements.
• Analyze business needs and support design, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements and process flows.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, and testing activities.
• Coordinate system changes across environments and support deployments.
• Develop and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support and assist users with system functionality.
• Support reporting, data management, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Contribute to project initiatives and continuous improvement of operations.
