Job summary

Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis and Solutions in the Benefits Division to lead business analysis, automation, and solution delivery that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience. You will oversee intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and execution for a portfolio of initiatives while using data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, driving measurable results.
• Experience partnering across business and technology to deliver complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAT, operational processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in Group Benefits insurance preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and belonging within teams.
• Strategic thinker with ability to connect execution to goals.
• Influence stakeholders and lead through change in a collaborative environment.
• Balancing competing priorities with effective resource management.
• Certifications in BA, PM, leadership, or process improvement are a plus.
