Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior leader to guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for sensor manufacturing equipment. You will drive automation, equipment development, and validation across sites, ensuring robust, repeatable manufacturing solutions.

You will translate process requirements into equipment specs, lead life-cycle activities from concept to transfer, and champion data-driven decisions to improve throughput and OEE while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5–8 years of people management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end equipment lifecycle (URS to transfer).

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development and integration for assembly and inspection processes.
• Drive full equipment lifecycle execution from concept through transfer to manufacturing operations.
• Translate process requirements into detailed equipment specs (URS, validation protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Ensure disciplined project execution with timelines, risks, and deliverables; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Champion data-driven decisions to improve throughput, OEE, and cost efficiency; drive cross-site standards.
