Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for equipment, processes and electronics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability in manufacturing, engineering or R&D.
• Technical knowledge of equipment, automated systems, processes and electronics.
• Ability to support programming, integration and operation of automated equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment, processes, and electronics in Dexcom's Operations, Engineering and R&D environments.
• Troubleshoot, repair and optimize equipment, processes and electronics for safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventories.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and internal partners to maintain safe and functional equipment.
• Support programming, integration and operation of automated equipment and systems.
• Contribute to equipment, process and electronics development projects with planning, purchasing, assembly, installation, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate activities with project engineers and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare, maintain and update technical documentation and records.
• Take on additional responsibilities including group leader activities and safety compliance.
• Follow all applicable safety requirements.
