• Experience leading end-to-end equipment lifecycle in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development for assembly and inspection processes.
• Translate requirements into detailed equipment specs, URS, and test plans.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle: concept to transfer to manufacturing operations.
• Coach engineers, foster accountability, and support career growth.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Development, and Quality.
