Job summary

Dexcom seeks an Sr Manager to lead the Global Engineering Automation & Equipment Development team in San Diego. You will shape sensor manufacturing equipment strategy, lead cross-functional engineers, and drive reliable automation platforms.

You will own the lifecycle from concept to transfer, applying rigorous validation and continuous improvement to boost throughput and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• 13+ years of industry experience preferred.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.
• Strong track record in high-volume, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT and transfer to manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation equipment development and deployment for sensor manufacturing.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external equipment integrators.
• Drive end-to-end equipment lifecycle from concept to transfer to production.
• Apply data-driven methods to improve throughput, OEE, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Process Development to ensure readiness across sites.
