Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an experienced engineer to lead cross functional teams in structured problem solving and data analysis for advanced manufacturing equipment used in CGM devices.

You will work hands-on with diverse manufacturing machinery, design process improvements, and validate equipment to meet regulatory and quality requirements. Collaboration with Regulatory, QA, R&D, and Process Engineering is key to delivering reliable patient-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience, or Master’s degree with 2–5 years experience, or PhD with 2–4 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root cause understanding.
• Hands-on with equipment ranging from manual to advanced manufacturing automation to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and reduce costs.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validation to ensure equipment meets specifications, performance, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, QA, R&D, and Process Engineering to deliver the best experience to Dexcom patients.
• Write instructions and provide training to technicians and operations on best practices and procedures.
• Be part of a diverse, global team across multiple regions.
