Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment/Process Technician to support and improve production, development equipment, and electronics within Operations, Engineering, and R&D. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and document equipment, contributing to safety, reliability and efficiency across Dexcom’s manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with engineers and vendors, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure accurate records while following safety procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Maintains equipment, processes and electronics used in operations and R&D.
• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, processes and electronics; implement improvements.
• Prepare, update and maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Support cross-functional teams in equipment development, testing and CI initiatives.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with engineers and technicians.
