Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of airline pricing, revenue management, or related analytics experience.
• 3+ years of pricing or similar field with revenue impact; ML pricing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve analytical workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ancillary pricing strategy and execution across bundles, seats, bags, and other fees.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ancillary prices using various data sources and produce prioritized recommendations.
• Develop and improve dynamic pricing models with guardrails and analyst override where needed.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and shift team capacity to higher-value work.
• Communicate pricing strategy and performance to senior leadership with concise materials.
