Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management preferred.
• 3+ years of day-to-day usage of a revenue management system, preferably PROS.
• Experience with revenue management theory and best practices in the U.S. airline industry.
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Yield Management staff and resources to achieve revenue objectives and commercial strategies.
• Tracks and reports revenue management performance to senior management.
• Develops inventory reports and processes to optimize unit revenue.
• Partners with Pricing, Network, and Marketing teams for revenue optimization.
• Manages performance reviews and skill development of team members.
