Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in Denver. You will lead the FP&A function for operations teams, coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives to optimize profitability.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions, oversee a growing team, and align financial planning with Frontier’s ultra-low-cost strategy. This role reports to the Director, FP&A.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance, consulting, operations management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage the financial planning process for operations groups including monthly close, forecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead analysis for major decisions using data from multiple sources to inform strategy.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of Managers, Analysts, and Sr. Analysts.
