Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks a Senior Revenue Manager to lead the Yield Management team in Denver, reporting to the VP of Network and Revenue. You will direct two managers and analysts, shaping pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue.

You will develop processes, monitor performance, and partner with Pricing, Network, and Marketing to optimize revenue, using PROS RME and related tools to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar corporate work environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management preferred.
• 3+ years of day-to-day usage of a revenue management system, preferably PROS.
• Experience with revenue management theory and best practices in the U.S. airline industry.
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Access skills, general SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the revenue management staff and resources, and reports to the VP.
• Develops and implements revenue management processes to achieve revenue objectives and strategic goals.
• Tracks and reports on all aspects of revenue management to senior management.
• Partners with Pricing, Network and Marketing teams for optimal revenue production.
• Oversees PROS RME and other revenue management tools and system parameters.
• Monitors performance and conducts regular reviews and skill development for team members.
