Job summary

Frontier Airlines, a Denver-based carrier, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to champion ultra-low cost strategy and enable data-driven decisions across operations teams. You will lead a high-performing group and partner with senior leaders to align financial planning with strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Director FP&A, you will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvements while mentoring Managers, Analysts and Sr. Analysts to build a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years in finance, consulting, operations management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Prior airline industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads the financial planning process for operations groups including monthly close analysis, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of planning practices.
• Coordinates analytics for critical business decisions such as capital projects, labor contract negotiations, and long-term strategic planning.
• Leads and develops a team of Managers, Analysts, and Sr. Analysts to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
