Job summary

CoreWeave is building the next era of AI infrastructure and seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs spanning Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. You will own integrated execution plans, manage dependencies, and drive readiness from discovery to rollout.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with a complex systems implementation or migration involving integrations, data readiness, testing, and operational handoff.
• Experience leading technical programs across multiple business functions and connecting operational needs, enterprise systems, and technical delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in integrated planning, critical-path analysis, dependency management, risk tracking, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across Data Center Operations and related functions, delivering integrated execution plans.
• Own the integrated delivery plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate site expansion with procurement, inventory, financials, and IT readiness.
• Drive DCIM deployment, asset data readiness, and vendor commitments.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements to launch readiness and sign-offs.
• Run planning cadences and elevate conflicts with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare across the DC PMO and Eng.
