Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the CIO organization and drive programs across Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. You will own integrated delivery plans, dependencies, and readiness from discovery through rollout to ensure reliable site expansion and trusted operational data.

You will coordinate multiple teams, manage risks, and establish execution cadences with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with a complex systems implementation or migration.
• Ability to lead technical programs across multiple business functions.
• Strong planning, dependency management, and risk tracking skills.
• Familiarity with data center operations, procurement, inventory, and IT systems.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tooling like Jira/Asana.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans for programs spanning Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT with clear scope and milestones.
• Coordinate site expansion, asset data readiness, integrations, and vendor commitments to improve onboarding predictability.
• Drive DCIM deployment, telemetry coverage, and data quality improvements across teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on requirements, approvals, and change management from discovery to rollout.
• Manage dependencies, critical paths, and risk with senior stakeholders across multiple programs.
• Develop reusable plans, dashboards, and playbooks to improve execution across CoreWeave.
