Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the CIO organization and drive cross-functional programs spanning Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. You will own integrated delivery plans and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful site expansion and operational readiness.

You will lead programs across DCIM, telemetry, asset management, and related platforms, coordinating across facilities, engineering, and suppliers to deliver

Qualifications

• Delivery experience with complex systems implementations
• Experience leading programs across multiple business functions
• Strong planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and decision execution
• Ability to interpret system diagrams, APIs, and data flows
• Familiarity with data center operations and procurement/inventory/IT systems
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban using Jira or Asana

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans spanning multiple functions with milestones and owners
• Connect site expansion with procurement, inventory, and financial processes
• Drive DCIM deployment, data readiness, testing, and handoffs
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Data teams, and suppliers on telemetry
• Lead asset-system migrations and retirement with cutover plans
• Coordinate lifecycle platforms and dashboards for consistent data changes
• Maintain a unified view of commitments, risks and decisions
• Ensure traceability from requirements to launch readiness
• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare
• Build reusable plans, dashboards, and playbooks
