Job summary

Stellarus in Oakland is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Leads and oversee multiple cross-functional programs. You will be responsible for delivery oversight, shaping AI-forward delivery practices, and partnering with the Director to scale operations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive technology delivery and program management experience, with strong executive communication and a track record of coaching delivery practitioners in matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
• 8 years in technology delivery or program management with progression.
• 4 years direct people management experience coaching delivery practitioners.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs with varied risk.
• Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering in delivery workflows.
• Healthcare tech experience is a plus; AI strategy exposure a bonus.
• Familiarity with delivery tooling (JIRA/Smartsheet/Confluence/Azure DevOps) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads and oversee cross-functional programs.
• Own delivery management oversight for Technology Enablement initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point and partner to the Director of Technical Delivery.
• Promote AI-forward delivery practices across the organization.
