Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Leads, drive cross-functional programs, and scale AI-forward delivery practices within a hybrid in-office model in Los Angeles. You will partner with the Director of Technical Delivery to align roadmaps, coach delivery practitioners, and champion governance, risk, and stakeholder communication across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4 years in lieu of degree.
8 years in technology delivery, program management, or technology services with progression in scope and responsibility.
4 years of direct people management experience coaching and developing delivery practitioners.
Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent programs across different risk profiles and stakeholder environments.
Strong executive communication skills for senior and C-suite leadership.
Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering with hands-on LLM experience.
Healthcare technology experience or exposure to AI strategy and enterprise AI adoption is preferred.
Experience in managed services, outsourced delivery, spinout, or enterprise transformation environments is preferred.
