Job summary
Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Leads and oversee cross‑functional programs that span strategic technology initiatives. You will serve as a key escalation point to the Director of Technical Delivery and shape how delivery operates at scale by building team capability and coaching others in AI‑forward practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years in lieu of degree.
- 8+ years in technology delivery or program management with progression.
- 4+ years direct people management experience coaching delivery practitioners.
- Ability to manage multiple programs across risk profiles and stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership materials.
- Experience with AI tools and prompting in delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with delivery tooling (JIRA/Confluence/Azure DevOps/Smartsheet).
Responsibilities
