Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Leads and own cross-functional program oversight. You will shape AI-forward delivery practices, coach leaders, and partner with the Director to advance Stellarus’s technology portfolio.

You will drive delivery quality, manage risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise reporting standards while guiding transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional experience.
• 8 years of prior relevant experience in technology delivery or program management.
• 4 years of direct people management experience with coaching growth.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent programs across risk profiles.
• Strong executive communication skills for status materials to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering in delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Technical Delivery Leads with guidance and coaching.
• Own portfolio-level oversight for cross-functional programs and Technology Enablement.
• Surface risks and delivery gaps to leadership on a structured cadence.
• Ensure artifacts and status materials meet reporting standards.
• Model AI-augmented delivery practices and coach teams to use enterprise AI tools.
• Collaborate with Director to execute broader AI adoption strategy.
• Enforce delivery standards across programs and support intake and reporting.
• Partner with Release & SCM on change management and release cadence.
• Build trust with program owners and represent delivery in forums.
• Support executive communications and workforce transitions as needed.
