Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads. You will own delivery oversight for cross-functional programs and AI-enabled initiatives, reporting to the Director of Technical Delivery.

You will be a key escalation point and a thought partner shaping how delivery operates at scale. Our leadership model focuses on developing leaders at all levels, with opportunities for growth personally, professionally, and financially.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of prior relevant experience in technology delivery, program management, or technology services with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
• 4 years of direct people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing delivery practitioners
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs across different risk profiles, stakeholder environments, and delivery models
• Strong executive communication skills - able to prepare and present crisp, credible status materials and recommendations to senior and C‑suite leadership
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering - active experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) in delivery workflows
• Experience building structure and operating models in newly formed, evolving, or matrixed organizations
• Healthcare technology experience (payer, provider, or health plan operations) - preferred
• Background in or exposure to AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption programs, or AI-augmented delivery - preferred
• Experience in managed services, outsourced delivery, spinout, or enterprise transformation environments - preferred
• Familiarity with cloud modernization, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale platform programs - preferred
• Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tooling - preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads and supervise delivery management for cross-functional programs
• Own delivery management oversight and serve as escalation point to the Director of Technical Delivery
• Shape how Technical Delivery operates at scale, building team capability and delivery consistency
• Model AI-forward practices across delivery workflows and coach others to adopt them
• Develop structures and operating models for newly formed or evolving organizations
