Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads and oversee cross-functional programs. You will drive delivery excellence, AI-enabled processes, and coordination with platform and business owners to achieve strategic outcomes.

You will mentor a growing group of delivery professionals, manage risks, and align artifacts with reporting standards while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of experience in technology delivery or program management with growth in scope and responsibility.
• 4 years of direct people management experience coaching delivery practitioners.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs across different risk profiles and stakeholder environments.
• Strong executive communication skills for status materials and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering in delivery workflows and coaching others to do the same.
• Experience building structure and operating models in evolving or matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Technical Delivery Leads with day-to-day direction and career development support.
• Oversee portfolio-level delivery for cross-functional programs and Technology Enablement initiatives.
• Maintain portfolio health and surface risks, resource conflicts, and delivery gaps to leadership.
• Ensure high-quality delivery artifacts, RAID logs, and executive briefings align with reporting standards.
• Advance AI-augmented delivery practices and build enterprise AI fluency within the team.
• Collaborate with the Director to implement Stellarus’s AI adoption strategy across Technical Delivery.
